這首歌同樣收錄在CAC今年1月甫推出的EP'The Things That I've Lost'中，
延續整張EP探討自身心理狀態的主題，
這首歌傳達了低潮時的內心狀態，
那種怪罪、質疑自己並拒絕幫助的態度，
並於結尾傳達找到了只屬於自己的新希望。

很喜歡副歌中以新的灰色來表達那深沉的無力感，
灰色在心理描寫中經常代表抑鬱、沮喪，
一種新的灰色象徵著這次的憂鬱與低潮跟之前都不同，
之前靠假裝沒事、朋友安慰都已經無效，
並在最後一段歌詞將wall(牆壁)改成了rope(繩子)，
暗示敘事者自殘的傾向，
接著急轉直下隨著主唱的情緒，
傳達只屬於敘事者的新希望出現了。
