這首歌收錄在blink-182 2001年發行的第二張專輯中，
作為整張專輯的第一首歌曲，
開頭的riff經典到不行。
取名Anthem Part Two是為了接續上一張專輯中的最後一曲"Anthem"。

該曲由Tom編曲編詞，
Tom在2001年的巡迴中表示：
這是首我非常驕傲的歌曲，
它關於身為一個孩子，
而身邊的人都說你有夠糟、總是犯錯，
你應該要改變、變得正常點，
那這不是大人的錯嗎？
因為是他們決定了我的學校、法律...等。

有鑑於最近blink-182的復出巡迴開場曲都是這首，
所以順手翻譯了一下，
個人很喜歡他們2001年的專輯"Take Off Your Pants and Jacket"，
除了專輯名稱非常白癡外(jacket = jack it 自慰)，
更算是我真正認識它們的專輯。
