作為該專輯的最後一首歌，
算是總結整張專輯的作品。
主唱於專訪中表示:
編寫這張專輯的詞曲對於認識我自己的感受與想法絕對有很大幫助，
而這也是音樂一直以來帶給我的感受。
這張專輯對我而言更是特別的存在，
專輯中歌曲與所有正在發生的事情有關，
可以說是我人生中最被音樂淨化的經驗。
而專輯內所有歌詞更是我寫過最認真的文字，
我想無論好壞，
人們將透過歌詞理解我的感受，
也許也將幫助某人去認知到，
他們可以透過喜愛的音樂獲得認同，
更甚至能夠更了解我這個人。

Catharsis 淨化作用 (via Wiki)
是一種利用音樂與藝術來純潔心裡，
撫平悲傷的方式，
最早由亞里士多德提出。
在音樂與藝術中，
讓傷感與恐懼得到釋放，
而後重新恢復正常心理。

基本上這首歌描述了主唱藉由音樂獲得的淨化，
以此來撫平人生中遭遇的各種壓力、傷痛、自我認同...等情緒。
最後一句歌詞更指出了整張專輯的核心概念，
希望他們的作品能夠讓聆聽著找到相似之處，
進而被音樂淨化，
就像他們以前常常被音樂拯救一樣。
