這首歌收錄於2009年的第四張專輯"Metamorphosis"，
主要描述當時爆紅的時尚名媛各種誇張的行徑，
例如Paris Hilton姊妹。

蟑螂老爹來自於加州，曲風早期主走融合了嘻哈元素的Nu-matel，
我覺得比起LP過度旋律化或LB的過度嘻哈化，
他們很成功的保留了金屬的力道，卻又完美的結合了旋律，
並將嘻哈的元素簡潔俐落地穿插其間。

1993年一月，還是高中生的主唱Jacoby Shaddix與鼓手Dave Buckner，
在一場激烈的橄欖球賽上相遇，
在聊天中發現彼此對音樂的理念十分相似，
因此一拍即合的決定組團，
而可愛的團名源自於Shaddix繼父Howard William Roatch的綽號。

1999年加入Dreamworks Record，正式進入主流市場，
並且於2000年發行了"Infest"專輯，
收錄了地下時期EP中幾首膾炙人口的單曲，
如"Last Resort"、"Broken Home"，
該專輯全美狂銷三白金，
成功的打響了他們的名號。

2002年發行"Lovehatetragedy"，A
MG音樂網站給予了四顆星的高評價，
並且在Billboard曾經上升到第二名的位置。

2004年發行"Getting Away with Murder"，
這張專輯嘻哈的元素明顯少了，
加入的是更多主唱在嗓音表現方式上的改變，
不再只是單純的嘶吼和饒舌。

2006年發行第四張專輯"The Paramour Sessions"，
這張是個人十分不推薦的專輯!!
主打單曲"To Be Loved"的mv盡然是一堆夜店妹...
然後整體弄得金璧輝煌，
在歌曲上甚至有EMO化的傾向...
讓我十分無法接受!!

2007年鼓手Dave Buckner由於酗酒問題暫時離團，
酗酒原因似乎與他婚姻破裂有關。
