這首歌與先前分享的"ONE MORE TIME"於同一天釋出，
相較於前一首節奏與曲風更為快速與激昂，
主題主要描述blink-182 2015年分開後Tom的感受，
以及部分Mark的自白。

Tom曾經在近期的訪談提到，
當2015年離開blink-182時，
他曾跟當時的妻子說:
"也許我再也不會玩音樂，
再也不會到處表演了。"
所以他後來幾乎都致力於他的外星人計畫中，
直到得知Mark的病情，
因為對他而言也許不是跟Mark和Travis一起，
就感覺不對勁(Don't belong)。

Pre-Chorus的部分則描述了Tom在離開blink-182後，
展開的Angels and Airwaves巡迴中，
其實一直期待著Mark或Travis會打電話來，
但始終沒等到，
因此只能繼續往前走。

而Mark的部分則是表達了他在患病期間，
儘管Tom表示他愛Mark到死，
Mark卻因病情陷入極度的悲觀與低潮，
而對無法回應Tom的告白感到愧疚不已。

這首歌的曲風讓人想到2011年的專輯"Neighborhoods"與2012年的EP"Dogs Eating Dogs"，
就目前釋出的其他單曲的片段，
還很難去判斷整張專輯的曲風。
