這首歌收錄在Papa Roach 2017年的專輯"Crooked Teeth"中，
Papa Roach主唱Jacoby年輕時深受憂鬱症困擾，
因此有許多他們的歌都跟焦慮、憂鬱有關，
例如他們的知名單曲"Scars"，
就是在Jacoby自殘在頭上釘了一堆釘書針後寫的。
而Help這首歌是描述憂鬱症患者在心中與情緒對抗的情況，
曾經自殘過而告誡自己不能在任憑情緒左右，
並體認到自己必須向外求助，
大聲說出自己的痛苦並找尋救援。
Jacoby表示他希望讓人們知道人生不可能一帆風順，
而有時候我們會需要他人的幫助來度過難關。

這也是我現在十分需要的吧(笑)，
似乎怎樣也好不起來啊。
