這首歌將收錄於blackbear今年的最新專輯"In Loving Memory"中，
這張專輯與Travis Barker合作並將以Pop punk曲風為主，
專輯更找來blackbear兒時偶像The Used與New Found Glory合作，
這張專輯的中心主旨是寫給其去年去世的生父的信，
但這首歌主要還是關於blackbear離開一段對自己有害的關係。

有趣的是早在專輯製作前，
blackbear就已經在訪談中提及他未來想找The Used與NFG合作，
儘管他當時根本還沒聯絡對方，
但後來終究是如其所願。

The Used主唱Berts獨特的嗓音與breakdown的嘶吼，
幫這首歌加分了不少，
最棒的是現場中Berts少見的嗓子處於非常好的狀態XD
