這首歌收錄於BMH 2015年的專輯"That's the Spirit"中，
延續2013年專輯"Sempiternal"的風格，
以Metalcore、另類金屬與Post hardcore為曲風主軸，
搭配2013年加入的鍵盤手Jordan，
增添了更多電子元素以及流行的旋律，
雖然受到不少早期Deathcore曲風粉絲的唾棄，
但不得不說連續兩張專輯取得的好成績，
讓他們一舉攻下全球排行榜並躍升為高人氣樂團。

某種程度上我覺得他們也多少呈現了現代樂團的出路，
在這個音樂免費取得的管道越加發達的年代，
死守著一種曲風的樂團是無法獲得新一代聽眾的注意，
越來越多的樂團或音樂人正嘗試多元的融合曲風，
我想也是這年頭聽眾們的一種幸福吧。

個人也非常喜歡他們在2020年發行的EP"Post Human: Survival Horror"，
絕對是去年我最喜歡的兩張專輯之一。

而這首歌在去年自己很糟的情況下陪伴我很多時光，
所以雖然網路上很多人翻過了，
但還是希望在當時的心情下，
用自己的經歷與心境來翻譯這首歌。
