Lit於1988年成軍於美國加州，
經過團員不斷的更迭，
在1997年推出第一張專輯後，
在1999年伴隨這首單曲的"A Place in the Sun"第二張專輯而爆紅，
這首歌在當時蟬聯告示牌現代搖滾排行榜第一名達11周之久，
歌曲主要描述團員醉後的經驗與心情，
算是90年代末知名的Pop Punk代表歌曲之一，
但他們其實有點單曲樂團，
除了這首歌外，
後續就沒有太多亮點了...
