這首歌收錄在FIR 2013年推出的《Fashionably Late》專輯中，
曲風偏向Popcore，
讓人有Bowling for Soup + New Found Glory的感覺。
這張專輯在推出時受到廣大的批評，
包含加入了饒舌、dubstep, country等元素被認為跟Metalcore完全不搭，
另外多支歌曲中Ronnie也使用了非常多的Auto-Tune，
導致本來的粉絲與其他領域的音樂人都將專輯噴到一無是處，
多數媒體都只給出了一半甚至以下的分評分，
但當你在十年後的現今回頭去看，
會真心覺得Ronnie真的如歌曲中自己所說的是個先驅。

padded room指的是精神病院中避免病患傷害自己的病房，
病房所有牆壁與地面都會鋪上軟墊來避免病患自殘。

歌曲中也提到了在Ronnie年幼時，
因吸毒而拋棄他的母親。
