這首歌收錄於BMTH 2015年的專輯"That's The Spirit"中，
曲風偏向Post-hardcore，
這首歌曲主要描述主唱Olive因K他命成癮，
並在看醫生的過程發現自己有過動症。
Olive表示：
「我想這很詭異，在你25、26歲的時候發現自己有過動症，
然後你的醫生告訴你說你的大腦缺少了某些東西，
我猜大概就像少了什麼聯結之類的吧，
但同時對我而言這卻是一大釋懷，
能夠發現問題並讓我的恢復狀況往前邁進一大步，
也才理解我的成癮問題其實源自於自我治療。」

查了一下發現不少人翻譯這首歌會將"I feel myself go under"翻譯成墜落，
但其實go under有沉沒的意思，
例如沉船之類的，
所以在這應該是描述彷彿被埋在雪崩之下，
同時也比較符合後一句"the weight of it"對重量的描述。

frequency這個字在這首歌的運用我覺得很有趣，
發想應該是源自於前面Olive自己講的"少了什麼聯結"，
藉由找不到頻率描述自己總感覺與這社會、他人格格不入。
