Blame My Youth由知名歌手、作曲者Sean Van Vleet主導，
於2020年組成並開始推出單曲，
曲風主要為Alternative rock與Modern rock。

Van Vleet最早來自於芝加哥的獨立樂團Empire，
當時的成功讓該團曾出席不少電視節目、音樂祭，
並與Death Cab for Cutie, Deerhunter, Alkaline Trio等團一同巡迴。
在Empire於2015年解散後，
他與朋友共同創作的大量歌曲被廣泛地用於知名廣告中，
合作對象包括Apple, Samsung, Google, Volkswagen等知名品牌。

這首Fantastic推出後便收到極大回響，
不但Spotify撥放次數突破300萬大關，
更站上VEVO Alternative rock榜前30名，
爾後也被收入在BMY 2022年的專輯"Dance With My Demons"中。

關於這首歌Van Vleet表示：
這歌可以說在短短的兩分鐘內講述了我的人生故事，
有天早晨，副歌的第一句
就像咖啡一樣衝擊了我的腦袋，
我立刻感到無比積極，
下床後更是覺得整個人清爽無比。
