Our Last Night於2004年成軍於美國新罕布夏州，
曲風主要為Post-hardcore，
雖然算是千禧世代的老團，
多年來發行了五張專輯，
但始終沒有獲得太亮眼的成績，
僅有2008年的首張專輯"The Ghosts Among Us"曾獲得告示牌熱搜排行第六名。
有趣的是大概從8年前開始，
他們在Youtube分享了Adele的"Skyfall"改編版，
截至今日已獲得1,800多萬次的撥放次數，
於是讓他們開始受到越來越多龐克搖滾迷的注意。

自己會注意到他們大概是從翻唱了blackbear的"Hot Girl Bummer"開始，
很喜歡這首翻唱的鼓點以及嘶吼的部分
而近期聽到了這首去年很紅的"good 4 u"，
覺得時空背景蠻有趣的，
因為本質上"good 4 u"就是首Pop punk曲風的歌曲，
甚至某種程度上被譽為將Pop punk再度帶回主流市場的開路先鋒，
雖然很多人都翻譯了，
但本著分享兼翻譯的想法，
所以就順手用比較口語的方式翻了一下。
