這首歌收錄在Rise Agaisnt 2001年發行的首張專輯"The Unraveling"中，
當時他們還在地下廠牌Fat Wreck Chords(由NOFX主唱Fat Mike創立)。
這張專輯中Hardcore與Melodicore的曲風參半，
其中最喜歡的就是這首了。
關於這首歌主唱Tim表示:
這首歌是關於犧牲，
關於敘事者處於一段沒有回報的關係，
他的對象已經對他的感覺與關係不再確定，
所以他決定在承受更多心碎前，
親手斬斷這關係並早一步離開。

Tim的好嗓子在這首歌嶄露無遺，
低沉的音質配上自然沙啞的尾音與嘶吼，
讓人更能體會這首歌背後的心碎。
