Less Than Jake於1992年成軍於美國佛羅里達州，
曲風主要為Ska punk與Pop punk，
算是90年代重要的龐克團指標之一。
這首歌收錄在他們2006年的"In With The Out Crowd"，
專輯的另一首"Overrated (Everything Is)"是我最喜歡他們的兩首歌。
另外這首歌是LTJ與blink-182的Mark一起寫的，
由Mark負責歌詞的部分，
所以像是
「This is my all time low
Somehow it feels so familiar
Somehow it seems so familiar」
這段歌詞就可以明顯感受到是Mark的寫詞習慣。
簡單而言就是一首低潮挫折的時候，
對於自己所犯的錯誤無法彌補，
只能用餘生去承擔的時候，
會聽得一首歌曲。
有時候聽歌不是為了振作或是奮起啊，
而是希望可以有同樣的心情，
這樣就好。
