Oliver Tree在台灣的知名度可能不太高，
他是位來自於美國加州的歌手、饒舌歌手、製作人與諧星，
這首歌原曲收錄在他2020年的"Ugly Is Beautiful"中，
原曲其實是想回應給他的粉絲對專輯受武漢肺炎影響必須延期所產生的失望，
所以其實在原曲中Please don't let me down是站在粉絲角度所寫的，
而I開頭的歌詞就是他的回應。
後來這首歌經過blink-182的Mark與Travis混音後，
感覺Mark寫的verse比較偏向是男女之間的對話，
Please don't let me down變得比較像是女方說的，
而I開頭則是男方的回應。

這首remix有3個小巧思，
首先是開頭的部分
Mark與Travis使用了blink-182的知名曲"Adam's Song"的吉他riff。
另外歌詞中Loaded but I ain't rich中的Loaded除了形容喝醉外，
也可以形容一個人口袋很滿 = 有錢的意思，
所以才會補上後面的but I ain't rich。
而莫名其妙的On my phone here we go這句，
則是很明顯致敬了Green Day的"Brain Stew"這首歌的歌詞On my own here we go，
連音調和節奏都一模一樣。
