這首歌收錄在Sum 41 2019年的"Order In Decline"專輯中，
主要描述失去了某人後，
對自己感到悔恨，
並對於自己的無力與愛莫能助感到遺憾。
這首歌是主唱Deryck在音樂朋友相繼過世後所寫，
包含Linkin Park主唱Chester，
以及前Soundgarden、Audioslave主唱/吉他手Chris Cornell，
兩位偉大的音樂人相繼自殺身亡後，
Deryck感到孤獨與憤怒後所寫的，
本來他其實是想寫一首關於自己妻子的歌，
最後寫成假設妻子如果過世，
自己會有多麼絕望的心情。
