WSTR於2015年成軍於英國利物浦，
曲風主要為Pop punk，
原本團名為"Waster"，
但因為跟一個加拿大的樂團撞名，
因此改為WSTR。
對他們的印象就是非常地Neck Deep，
甚至連主唱的嗓音都非常相似。
這首歌原本是收錄在2015年的"SKRWD"專輯中，
在7/2樂團釋出了Reimagined的改編版，
以不插電的方式重新演繹，
個人比較偏好這版本。
歌曲主要描述敘事者努力地想要從前任的背叛中站起來，
儘管還沒有完全復原，
但至少感覺得到今天比昨天更好。
