這首歌同樣收錄在第二張專輯中，
由從小父母離異的Mark所寫的(沒記錯是七歲)。
第二張專輯出的時間點是2000年，
正逢我父母離婚的時候，
這首歌對我而言有很重要的意涵，
我幾乎靠著blink-182撐過了那時的歲月。

這首歌有兩種版本的MV，
第一個MV是最初的版本，
但在拍完的隔天911發生了，
由於內容與包含房屋崩塌等影像，
為避免引起觀眾過度的想像，
所以趕緊補拍了第二支MV，
也因此最初的版本只有在英國有播映過。

2023/5/2
在上週甫結束的Coachella音樂祭上，
blink-182頂替了第二週因故取消表演的Frank Ocean，
連續兩週再次上場表演。
雖然是60分鐘的演出，
卻特別帶來這首好幾年沒演唱的曲目。

開唱前Mark還特別提到這是首EMO的曲目，
要大家舉起band(應該是指手環之類的吧)，
並大聲說出"Mom it's not a phase"
"媽! 這才不是青春期"
除了某種程度象徵EMO又再次重回主流外，
更順勢嘲笑了對EMO的負面印象。
