相隔將近7年的時間，
blink-182創團吉他手Tom Delonge回來啦!
在10/11忽然在各大社交平台丟下這重磅消息，
除了丟出這首睽違11年的全新單曲以及新專輯的訊息，
更直接宣布明年的巡迴場次(火球祭拜託T.T)。
其實從去年開始就嗅出了Tom應該是會回來的氛圍，
由於Mark的癌症讓Tom與他快速地修復了關係，
當時可以看到諸多兩人在Mark twitch直播上的互動，
包含Tom傳訊息給他的影片，
兩人也開始會在SNS上po以前的照片或互相留言，
爾後Tom更上了Mark在Apple music的podcast節目。
讓我比較確信的是今年Kidrobot推出了三人的裸體玩具，
該玩具致敬經典MV"What's My Age Again?"的演出畫面，
相較上次的版本這次多了Tom的出現，
更讓我覺得他的回歸應該是八九不離十了。
首波宣傳他們就放上了底部的宣傳影片與首支單曲的歌名，
不改以往搞笑的風格，
影片以They're coming貫穿全片，
Coming音似Cumming(高潮)，
而新歌名"EDGING"更有高潮控制的意思，
這種雙關的低俗笑話讓人深且地感受到他們真的回來了XD
然而這首歌的歌詞卻與搞笑無關，
主要應該是在描述Tom的心境，
從開頭他承認自己是白癡(兩次離團)，
粉絲對他的不諒解與批評，
到中間敘述他與Mark總是有個彼此知道的祕密基地可以一起做自己，
以及副歌說自己讓粉絲們心碎，
到最後彷彿是Tom跟Mark的對話，
You want to play除了一起玩耍，
應該也有Tom坦承還想一起玩團玩音樂的意思。
整首歌Tom與Mark的合聲和副歌互換真的讓人驚艷，
一直以來這都是他們的強項，
在這首歌中更是發揮的淋漓盡致。
MV更找來當紅的導演Cole Bennett拍攝，
我猜應該是Travis透過嘻哈掛的關係找來的。
另外值得一提的是製作人換成Travis啦~
個人對於前兩張的製作人John Feldmann實在不敢恭維。
總而言之希望新專輯的消息趕快來，
在y2k is back的風潮中，
期待他們能再次掀起Pop punk的風潮。
