這首歌收錄在他們2000年的第一張同名專輯中，
歌曲主要關於HFStival音樂祭，
該音樂節自1990年到2006年在華盛頓特區舉辦，
由WHFS廣播電台主辦，
主唱表示:
我小時候常來HFStival，我寫了這首歌，
講述在這裡的經歷，關於我們如何想辭掉工作來組樂團。
